Another gain since capitol of countries to move will be life skill equality. Life skill of people from peripheral areas is the same as it from those core one. It is urgent for people empowerment that will be necessary to the changing world.
We can not provide jobs to whom which have low level life skill, and so many talented people will be wasted as ordinary people, with usual way.
What a pity !
That will cause concentrating life skill to some people and reduce to others.
